History:
Established in 2013, Efan Pro Audio was established by founder Qiu Jianpan and Li Jianying, who have been engineer in the professional audio industry since 2000s. Qiu and Li continue to lead Efan Team with its brand TACT for the research and technological developments till now with 20 years experience.
Factory covers the area of more than 18,000 square meters. We have our own speaker cabinet production workshop, polish workshop, painting workshop, assembly and testing workshop and office building. The office building contains a comprehensive products showroom, KTV experience room and domestic & foreign sales department which is to offer good customer service.

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
